Unlock NHL-Level Mental Preparation Before Games
If your feeling frustrated that you just can’t get yourself dialled in and focused before games… If you can’t figure out how to prepare yourself mentally… If you are struggling with playing consistently well in games… I made a full step by step plan to dial in your mind and body like an NHL player! I’ve taught this to pro players, D1 players, Junior A players (and all levels). It’s called: ***The Pre-Game Dial*** ➡️➡️➡️ comment the word “Dialled” below 👇 and I’ll send you over the plan. Trust me boys, this will be a game changer! 🔥

Visualization
Hey corson, when i am visualizing plays in the guided visualization, should I speed up as the reps go until its faster than humanly possible or stop at my personal fastest speed.

Okay thank you !
Meditation
Hey Corson, I was wondering if the meditation focused course was providing guided meditations or just explaining different ways to meditate.

Okay perfect !
Consistency
Every game I am always playing not consistently. One game I’m doing amazing, then other games I found bad. How do you stay consistently good every game.

I had the same problem last year. Something that really helped me is creating a routine before going on the ice. Whatever your routine is, doing the same routine before each game put my mind in the zone and i had the confidence and focus to play well every game. By creating a routine that fits you, your mind will put itself in game mode. You can try it it really worked well for me and i was able to maintain a high performance rate each and every game.
