Cupping
I don't have a pulley but only dumbells. Should I do - the arm perpendicular to the ground (elbow down and arm straight up) or - the arm parallel to the ground (elbow out to the side so I am leaning sideways) when cupping? This better simulates the pulley Also should I do full range extension or from neutral position for arm wrestling/overall gains? Thanks

@Georgio De marino lol my mousepad is huge. I use a big t shirt wrapped arround may times that way it hits the fingers well.
