I need some help
I've been having nothing but problems...and I've got zero response from support. My business is being affected. Now after 3pm my time the bot stopped working, It shows in workflow just fine for live chat yet its not showing the conversation in my ai platform and I cant login into ai in the sub account anymore. Its not accepting my password and it is correct. Nothing has changed. This is a large client and this needs to be working. I can't use the demo I created because the sub account is strangely tied to Justin's account Every time I have a presentation/demo or need this to work it doesnt and its been over 2 weeks and the tool for update_contact was set up correctly (confirmed by your support) and still no answer. I ended up using workflow set up that Alex showed up and implemented that and it seems to working some of the time. I'm not sure what I'm paying for. Nothing works consistently and no one responds to requests for help when I need it (other than kind people in the comm). @Jorden Williams I need help with my clients account, the conversations after 3:25pm mst are zero yet in ghl there are a number of conversations and no responses by bot.

Wrong account access
I created a new demo sub account and created an new assistant and I just saw that this is Justin's account not mine. Which is weird because my custom menu link hasn't changed. All I did was add the sub account in the custom menu link. Its not linking my calendar properly and the assistant wont work due to "no active tag" again. This also happened in another account. I need assistance to resolve this asap. I created this account for demos....

My bot keeps interjecting
So when the conversation starts with ai and rep takes over, the ai keeps interjecting. How do I stop this? I thought ots supposed to stop when they manually respond to lead??

Is there is a way to track all the number of conversations, bookings, lead forms, webite chats and fb messenger chats on a weekly basis in a report for the business and for my internal reporting with a monthly summary as well?
