@Jorden Williams my FB and IG accounts were hacked and disabled this morning. I'm changing all my passwords. I went into settings and changed it and updated and saved. When I login with new password it does not let me and my old password doesnt work now either. @Justin Daughenbaugh @Alex Rodriguez

1. Are we able to assign an assistant to a specific chat widget in HL? We have 2 different functions for the assistant based of the 2 different widgets. One is for website and the other is for a landing page where there is no need for prequalifying etc just to answer specific questions around the offer. In the wf there is only one option for reply channel which is live chat, so do I prompt this somehow? 2. Where in my agency account do I add in THE CLIENTS API key? I have mine connected but I want the clients to directly connect their own. I thought this was possible, no?

I added the sub account in the custom menu link but even though I've refreshed the page multiple times the sib account isnt showing in the agency and I need to lock access.

I am not seeing the Facebook Comments for a Reply Channel anymore. Anyone know where it is or did GHL get rid of this feature? I hope not.
