Fitness goals
Iโ€™m a lifelong skinny kid and I hate it! Iโ€™ve put in some good work in the last couple of years. Earlier this year I hit the biggest and strongest Iโ€™ve ever been. I have gotten back into the gym over the last couple of weeks and Iโ€™m excited to build some long term consistency. My next goal is to be 185 lbs at 10% body weight. Thats 20lbs of lean mass gain. What are your fitness goals?

I love to hear youโ€™re finding success in your goals, Eric. For myself, Ive always seemed to exercise for several months, then slack off for a couple weeks. Then rinse and repeat. My goal is consistency, to work out five days a week in an unbroken chain. Iโ€™m trying to get as fast, strong, and as feel-good healthy as I can along that consistency goal.
Introduction
Hey Everyone! My name is Spencer Weech. I am clerking for a real estate attorney while I attend law school, of which I am in my last year. After law school, I look forward to either starting my own firm out of law school or working to gain experience. My personal interests include fight sports, anything outdoors, HAM radio, and reading. I have plans to compete in amateur tournaments in the future, but for now I am just training kickboxing and Brazilian jiu jitsu. I hike, shoot, and camp just about anywhere I can. Between school, full-time work, family, and those hobbies just about all my time is spent each day and I wouldnโ€™t have it any other way. Iโ€™m glad to be a part of the group and hope to provide some value for you as well as learn from your examples.
