I’m a lifelong skinny kid and I hate it!
I’ve put in some good work in the last couple of years. Earlier this year I hit the biggest and strongest I’ve ever been.
I have gotten back into the gym over the last couple of weeks and I’m excited to build some long term consistency.
My next goal is to be 185 lbs at 10% body weight. Thats 20lbs of lean mass gain.
