Consistency Over Perfection: Why You Don’t Need a Perfect Product to Win
Perfectionism is paralysing for many entrepreneurs who delay launches or new initiatives because they believe everything must be flawless. We have covered this in this community at great length. The Hormozis & Alexi often stress the importance of taking action and iterating along the way, rather than waiting for everything to be perfect . They share that consistent effort and refining the process as you go, rather than launching the “perfect” version of a product is key. If this resonates with you please Get involved feel free to share something you launched before it was "perfect" and the lessons you learned from it. Context: this is an extract from my notes, I’m currently doing a sprint implementing ( the rule of 100) as taught in this community.

@Accelerator University thanks
Ads: learn to do it myself or have someone set this up for me?
I have a free and a paid group. Free group: 100 members atm Paid group: 50 members atm Doubt: should i learn to set this up and manage myself, joining a community like Skool Ads Lab, or should i just not spend time on this and have somebody set this up for me (and manage)? What's your experience with this?

It depends on your available budget. Delegating it without learning a minimum about it can be hard. I like to learn the basics, and then decide if I want to delegate it or learn it. Is your time better spent elsewhere in your business?

@Gert Leroy that can slow you down. It really comes down to : do you have money or time to spend?
What’s your daily schedule?
Recently my daily schedule has been quite tough to follow, I am finding it really hard to get over my recent grandmother passing she was the only person who I told everything, literally EVERYTHING about my business, even if she didnt understand it fully but we still used to have an awesome time together But then I remember this by Andrew Tate, and realised its time to get back in the flow of work Take your time to watch this if you are facing the same shit: https://youtu.be/dKPbp2bP2SE?si=QpFiNOJn94v8mPVU Anyways… here is my exact schedule

Sorry for your loss @Ibaad Umair Take time in your schedule to grieve, it's important. Then, you can focus on the tasks that will move the needle the most.
Cooking 🍲 My Next Meeting for My First Free Client 😬
Alex Hormozi was completely right about starting with friends 💯 I used to purchase courses about the area I like the most but without getting clients (because you know, no one wants an expert without experience). But once I started talking about it with my friends and selling my ideas, they asked me for help. And that's it. I got hired by my first free client. It was the first time I get my ideas to see the light and being (completely opposite to what I thought) highly appreciated one after the other until I was frequently asked "what is next?" This is when I told myself "here is where my real business plan starts, and exactly the way I like it to be." I've been doing it in a unorganized fashion till I got in contact with @Alexi Drouin and thanks to him, I knew it is called Growth Operating. After that call I started to put my ideas together and create the roadmap for my client with the action steps of the first stage.

Wow this is impressive! You might want to make a "light" version for your client so they don't get overwhelmed. At the same time, it shows you have thought of everything, it's great!
