Hello I'm quite new around here, I was wondering : I'm French speaking, and I plan to build my community in French, but I am also sooo sure of what it is about, I was wondering, has anyone tried to have a community in which two languages are used ? Like every course would be double. I fear it would je less engaging because people might feel less integrated because of the fact that they cannot understand some of the posts. I joined a Skool community that offered a 14-day refund. I decided not to stay so requested and have been ghosted. Do you offer refunds? How do you handle them?
