unfortunately im not able to complete the 21 day challenge. today i damaged my lower back significantly at work lifting tires and i cant run the chance of damaging it further. with that said, i want to say that i appreciate every single one of you including Jared and Cole. this challenge has changed me in so many ways and im so grateful for the opportunity to join such an amazing team full of supporters and people wanting to push you to your highest potential. every single one of you have continued to show up and give everything you got and you should be more than proud of yourself to get where you are now. youโve all earned it. i assure you that i will be back and redo this challenge when im able to. keep pushing.
