The Path From Military To 7-Figure Community
Who would imagine that you’ll serve in the military, then become a TikTok superstar, and then build 7 figure community? That’s exactly what Nichola’s did. This post is my attempt to break down the key takeaways of how Nicholas did it. Credits to Skool Stories podcast (I attached the full episode with Nicholas below) 📚Key Lessons from Nicholas's Success: 1. Start with personal success and proof: Nicholas built credibility by first succeeding with TikTok affiliate marketing himself and helping family and friends. He had concrete results before teaching others. 2. Do extensive market research: Before launching his paid community, Nicholas spent months doing one-on-one coaching to understand common pain points and questions. This informed his course content. 3. Focus on quality over quantity: Despite limited time due to his military career, Nicholas prioritized creating high-quality content and support for his community members. 4. Leverage the power of community: Nicholas emphasizes that the real value comes from members helping each other, not just from him. He built systems to encourage this. 5. Continuously improve based on feedback: Regular calls with members allow Nicholas to gather feedback and constantly refine his offering. 6. Have a growth mindset: Nicholas's belief in what's possible allowed him to set and achieve ambitious goals for his community's growth. 🎯Action Items for Community Owners: 1. Validate your expertise: 2. Conduct thorough market research: 3. Prioritize quality in your offerings: 4. Encourage member-to-member interaction: 5. Establish feedback loops: 6. Set ambitious but achievable goals: 7. Optimize your time management: What will you implement in your community based on the key takeaways shared in this post?

13.49% About Page Conversion Rate
To put it in perspective (at least what I've absorbed): - good skool about page conversion rate is 5-6%. - great skool about page conversion rate is 7%-10% We recently launched ads to this community and got 13.49% in the last 7 days. How? To be honest, I don't know, but I can share what we optimized. Before that, I want to make it clear - there are still so many things to optimize so I am really looking forward what our skool about page conversion rate will be in the next 2 weeks. What did we optimize for the skool about page in the last 7 days? 1. Letter size. 80% of the traffic comes from phones, and many people on this platform seem to forget it. Skool page is not yet optimized for phone experience (in terms of UX (user experience)). Everyone seems to be designing the pages just for desktops - writing headlines with small letters. TIP: Cut the size of your copy, keep essentials, and increase the size of the letters. What's the point of having a skool about page if people can't read it? 2. Design. So many people (including my team) have said: "Design doesn't matter". They treat the word "design" as an enemy or non-existent thing in this world. It's important to have a design that captures attention. Design is the first impression that makes people interested in reading, the copy & offer are what convert them. TIP: Keep your design simple, but please at least make it seem "royal/ professional." 3. VSL (video-sales-letter) This tbh didn't improve anything as we implemented it 2 weeks ago. However, we know once we will re-film the new VSL it will help the conversion rate Hope this was helpful in some way. We're looking to optimize the skool about page in the next 7 days with some cool stuff, will share the progress. JJK❤️

Good Community V.S. Great Community
What do you think is the main difference between good v.s. great communities? Based on my experience after launching 20 communities in the last 60 days the #1 key differentiator is the mindset. Mindset. Boohoo (go away) But hear this out. What’s the difference between good vs great restaurants? Good restaurants think they are in the business of food. They hire great chefs, perfect the food, that’s pretty much it. Great restaurants know they are in the business of experience. They focus on the way the client gets their invitation, the way they get greeted, how the menu is presented, how the butler meets them, and so on. It’s like a game that the client enjoys playing and get’s constant dopamine hits from. The same idea I have observed applies to communities. You’re in the business of experience not just information. Even this message was an experience. I could write everything in one paragraph and make the experience overwhelming. I could write this in a style of “expert view” and make your guards come up, but I wrote this in a style of “here’s my experience” making you connect with the message. Do you get it? Great. … Once you shift your mindset from being in the info space to experience space, you start seeing: - People consuming your content more - People being more active - People referring to more people - People staying for longer Experience. What do you think is the main difference between good v.s. great communities?

Good Community V.S. Great Community
A question
Hey guys! I've a question that I could not find an answer to online... If I have a Skool community that's launched in August, but I did not participate in the skool games (eaning, I did not register the community for skool games)... can I still participate in the skool games with the community? Because, when I google skool games -> it asks to create a new community. Would appreciate the response.
