[DAY 5] RAINBOW GAMES ๐ŸŒˆ๐Ÿ“š๏ธŽโœจ
๐Ÿฅ‚ DAY 5, BABY... LETโ€™S GO! Hereโ€™s what you need to do: 1) Read 10 pages of 100M Offers ๐Ÿ“š [pgs 31-40] (3pts) 2) Complete Today's Task: See Below (3pts) 3) Inquire: Which social media platform (IG, tiktok, youtube etc) will you be using for lead generation? Make a post & share the link (1pt) 4) Inspire: Reply to one other person's inquiry post & connect with them on the social media platform they shared (1pt) ๐ŸŒˆ TODAY'S TASK: Building on yesterdayโ€™s task where you identified the most pressing problem in your niche, todayโ€™s focus is on finding and understanding the "starving crowd" who urgently need a solution to that problem. Your goal is to find out where they hang out online (such as forums, social media groups, or niche communities), what theyโ€™re talking about, and how they express their pain points. This understanding will help you tailor your offer to meet their needs more effectively. It is SO important to surround yourself in places where your customers are hanging out & being a part of the conversations they're having. Share in the comments under your teamโ€™s name where youโ€™ve found your starving crowd and any key insights youโ€™ve discovered about them. ๐Ÿฆ‹ nav Side note: Yโ€™all are absolutely CRUSHING it.ย I am LOVING seeing all the progress that's being made.

@Chris Bak @Nav Pabla @John McMeniman @Laura Miner @Irina Grishina @Nicholas Panjwani My clients are a version of me a few years ago - "successful" expert or business owner, academia professional who craves real deep connections with other experts with similar challenges - to be able to have the conversations that are not possible at home. Everyone expects you to be successful, on top of your game - and they look at you with dismay when you tell them you are not happy or you want to do things of purpose. The best place I find my clients are in private paid masterminds where they invest for the support and the community. Social media is a way to keep a general awareness - but is not a direct channel and quick to create clients for me. So what I do is: 1/ livestream bi-weekly a 30-min podcast on LinkedIn, Youtube and Facebook, and then share it in my free Skool community. This long content gives more of me and allows my audience to feel me better and decide whether they resonate with me or not. 2/ High value workshops - I invite my audiences from Facebook and LinkedIn. This is another deeper level of connection with me and developing trust. 3/ Reels on FB and IG help bring in new audience, and if they resonnate, they stay. 4/ LinkedIn's newsletter has been working, too - I started it "by accident", got 830 subscribers there, a tight but loyal community. It allows for longer exposure to my message, and a different way of receiving value. The key is to bring my potential clients in direct touch with me to develop the trust that is needed for deep transformational work. For high-authority figures it is not easy to admit the self-doubt, hesitation, feeling stuck, as they are expected to have figured it out. Having to pay premium would be a way to separate themselves from the general mass and connect with alike leaders.

@John McMeniman I love that you can help your clients shift from low ticket to high ticket - they will get clients, invested in their own success which will lead to higher levels of fulfilment and abundance.
[Day 4]: Zero Inโ€ฆ ๐Ÿ‘€
Mozi emphasizes that to create a high-value offer, we need to deeply understand the pain points of our audience. This is to go beyond knowing their surface-level issues but truly digging into the core problems that keep them up at night. When we identify these deep-seated frustrations and address them head-on, we position our offers as a must-have solution, rather than a nice-to-have option. ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿฝโ€โ™€๏ธ Your biggest problem- Solved! Who wouldnโ€™t want to pay for that?! I know I would! For my target audience, female leaders and mompreneurs, this is a powerful takeawayโ€ฆ Iโ€™m continually crafting and revamping my offer to not only helps them manage the chaos of daily life but also gives them back their sense of control and peace of mind. By focusing on solving their most significant pain points- stress, guilt, and overwhelm, I can create a transformative experience that makes my ladies feel empowered and rejuvenated!!

This is a true revelation point, thank you for pointing it out , @Deahna Taylor: "a must-have solution, rather than a nice-to-have option.". Even if we are really good in what we do, it is hard to uncover the sharp value and bring it into a message. That's why working with someone who can mirror back what we have been working on is crucial - I truly believe in mentors and peers who reflect on our work. And that's why this game is so powerful!
Day 3 - doing nothing and being everything
Do you know that humans are not made to be still and calm in the present moment? The self-awareness and mindfulness practices are actually going against our biological instincts: playing continuously yo-yo between the past and the future in order to survive. We consciously or unconsciously analyse past situations and try to make predictions for the future in order to escape/ avoid danger. Hence, learning to simply BE takes courage, persistence, and serious efforts. It is not as easy as some present it to be - speaking from a 32 years of experience with meditating and martial arts. If you did the task Nav set for us on Day 3, take a moment to acknowledge yourself - you did a practice that a tiny percent of humans do. I am curious to know how has your journey into mindfulness and self-awareness started? Share below, I would love to read about it. - - - - - Here is how it went for me: I started practicing being here and now while I was in a hospital with tuberculosis back in 1993. As I was not responding to the medications, the only thing I could do was to hope I will heal, listen to my body, observe it and tell it it was getting better. One night I had a moment of a trance, between reality and dreaming, in which I saw tiny people fixing my lungs - and I started recovering very quickly. I got of the hospital, started learning qigong, breath work, became a martial artist and took part in national and European taichi chuan competitions. But this is not the point - my life and attitude to health and wellbeing changed, thanks to this serious health challenge I went through.
