Id love to change it again...

So we are into day 8 of this challenge. I'll share my major wins and key lessons from the last 24 hours in this condensed post. Lessons & Takeaways: 1. I just finished Max's week 2 of making a skool community. I am going to finish week 3 in the new few days or so while implementing all the strategies and tips he explains in the videos.  2. The next major lesson that I learnt today was to have big challenges inside both paid and free communities to incentivise members to become more active. I am thinking of doing a really massive challenge inside the free community where I give $200 to the person who finishes number 1 on the leaderboard, or it could be $100 to number 1, $70 to number 2, and $30 to number 3. I want your guys' opinion on which decision I should make down in the comments.  Now let's move onto the major wins. 1. I pumped out another reel on instagram: https://www.instagram.com/p/C8c8Jbfyv6F/. It got a decent amount of views, but I am still working on optimising my content for views and funnelling as many people as I can into my free community 2. My second win was that I created 2 separate telegram groups. 1 for the paid community, and another one for the free community. The telegram group for the paid community is 10x better as any can talk in it, and it's just a much better platform for starting meaningful conversations. For the free community, not everyone is able to talk, however, they can talk under the comments of the post. This is to ensure that we keep the group as clean as possible, and make sure they are using the skool community more than the telegram group. 3. The third and final win of the day is that we reached the 40 member mark for our paid community. Now we move on, our next goal is reaching 50! My action steps for the next 24h: - Record 2 modules of the business course - Complete all the presentations for week 1 of the business course - Upload 1 long youtube video - 3 new reels - 1 youtube short

Is there any way to give people in your community the option to refer new members and for them to get a percentage of the monthly subscription?

What if I archive all communities? Do I still get my affiliates / provisions from the people the created from my link or is everything gone if I don’t use skool for myself? Just ask for „what if“ 😊 Thank you 🙏🏻
