As a superhero fanatic and a DC comics fan, I have been absolutely devastated with the latest news regarding every Dc property being a total dumpster fire from critics. I am in shock with the final decisions Warner brothers keeps implementing with the Dc property movies just to match or compete with an already established universe like Marvel. With James Gunn now running full speed ahead claiming Superman is the beginning of the new Dc Cinematic universe I am now both extremely exited but tearfully horrified with how my favorite characters will be showcased to the world. It’s clearly a hit or miss within Warner Bros and I’m angrily annoyed with how they’ve been ruining fan favorite characters just for a petty cash grab. In any case, if you see Joker 2 please watch it and give a spoiler free review and where you think Warner Bros is messing up and why you think Marvel is surpassing.

Do you guys ever get inspired on writing stories based on current events? And how do you decide a character of interest for that story? For example the strike that it is happening in the US East coast, the Ship ports are stopped to a halt. Or a bridge collapse that happened near an university and killed people. What angle would you center your main character on when you think about these things? - On the strike do you center it on a character that is not receiving money due to a strike and that stirs up conflit in his house? Do you center it on a character of the opposition, the corporate guy pushing the corporate agenda and automation to save the companies money? - On the bridge collapse would you center it on the engineer that designed it and now has to live with the fact that they approved the blueprints? or would you center it on a person that is driving and then gets killed by the bridge? I am genuinely curious if you guys have a cool story idea. Then have a debate on who do you really want to center the story on. Let me know down below 👇🏽
