Is anyone else having EVERY client starting ads getting their card declining and their bank cancelling their card due to suspected fraud when starting FB ads?? It's driving me nuts. How can all American banks think that FB is a scam company? Is there a workaround here? Anyone else finding a solution?

Yo, so I have a client who doesn't have socials I'm going to make and launch accounts and do the proper warm up phase etc But I have a really simple question because something has just slipped my mind, but do I need to warm up the PAGE or the AD ACCOUNT Essentially, do I make an ad account straight away, and then post for two weeks. OR Do I warm up the account first and then create the ad account I know one of those will get the account banned but I can't remember which one so I would appreciate your support thanks
