Here's how: I partnered with an influencer... And here's some advice for those who need it When creating your business strategies for backend/marketing, etc., keep it very simple and be prepared for it to constantly change (change is not a bad sign; it means you're doing something). Otherwise, you will limit your options in the inevitable randomness and chaos of the world (Coca-Cola started as a pharmaceutical company; do you think they planned to end up where they are now?). Every piece of information creates a new, more informed perspective on moving forward and making decisions, unlike when you started planning with no idea of what lay ahead or what could happen. I think strategies are cool, but trial and error is how the money is made. Become a tinkerer who is constantly experimenting & innovating (and breaking things behind the scenes, of course too). Always begin by seeing what's working for others. Don't reinvent the wheel, but I see so many people trapped in keeping knowledge domain-specific. Try the "cousin" of something, see what's working, and identify other domains where that knowledge could transfer. This is particularly useful when finding a good niche for creator outreach. Observe what niche is making money and then find the "cousin" of that niche that is untapped. Be relentless in your outreach in that blue ocean you just discovered. Working with a creator is like a symbiotic relationship, I like to think. You are partners leveraging different skills to create extreme leverage. One plus one does not equal two when you have leverage; it equals 100. This results in making a lot of money and helping tons of people. I am the tinkerer solving problems and creating ways to leverage their content and turn it into cash flow, using mostly the logical side of my brain. This gives the creator the freedom to just be creative their brain to make content without worrying about logistics or handling all the stuff on the backend. A creator could do it all themselves and achieve about 5-10% of the results they would otherwise, because there is a ton of work on the backend and many things to manage and know.
