Sam Ovens & Alex Hormozi's Leadership Styles...
I think I've figured out why Sam Ovens and Alex Hormozi's leadership style just works!๐Ÿค” I've studied and done some research on the Skool co-owners and realized that Sam is an INTJ, and Alex is widely suspected to be an ENTJ, (Basically the same Myers-Briggs personality types, just one is introverted and the other extroverted)๐Ÿคฏ The biggest mistake introverted leaders make is trying to copy extroverted leadership styles, thinking that the only way to thrive as an introverted leader is to be overly enthusiastic, charismatic, and always "over-the-top" energetic. While that does help to some degree, it comes off as inauthentic and inevitably leads to burnout.๐Ÿ˜ตโ€๐Ÿ’ซ๐Ÿ˜ค Below, is a clip from my free course hosted here on Skool: "Assertive Introvert: Thriving In The Workplace", and the idea is that introverts can make EXCELLENT leaders, even with their introverted qualities. And if you want to max-out your cause? Throw an extrovert in there to spice things up a bit!๐Ÿ”ฅ

@T Nkosi Can you define it further? What do you mean by systems thinking?

@T Nkosi gotcha. Yes systems are everything. I just finished James Clears book not too long ago. I was already implementing a lot of his ideas but it was a good framework to think about it.
I'm going to see Robert Kiyosaki LIVE this weekendโ€ฆ
A couple of months ago, I found out that author of โ€œRich Dad, Poor Dadโ€, Robert Kiyosaki, is coming to my city in South Africa this weekend. I immediately bought the tickets! Not too long ago, I would buy tickets to concerts and attended shows headlined by artists: Migos, Gunna, Meek Mill, Lil Yachty etc. (Yes, I'm a Hip-hop head) I had just started at my first full-time job and I used these concerts as an escape from the monotony of a 9-5 job. I never imagined myself attending โ€œboringโ€ events such as seminars. Inevitably, I reached a point where I had to confront my shortcomings and prioritize what mattered. I saw this seminar as my opportunity to grow out of my comfort zone and network with like-minded individuals. So, I bought 2 tickets for my girlfriend and I to do just that and invest in our financial future. I'll let you guys know how the event goes. Happy Friday!

That is the kind of investment you wonโ€™t regret. The inspiration alone will be worth it.
๐ŸšจBig changes coming...
I've been doing a lot of thinking about this community and the value that I could bring to it, and I can't help but feel like I am not providing as much value as I can. With much introspection, I have decided to niche further down by serving introverts that work a 9-5 job. This is literally the path that I am currently on, and having worked 5 years in customer services as an introvert, my journey has been a rollercoaster. I've encountered problems that I've had the opportunity to resolve myself and I want to share that by building a community that would have helped me at the start of my corporate journey. This is only a stage though. Because of how niched this market is, I will only serve "9-5 introverts" for a short while before I exhaust this niche and branch out to all introverts!๐Ÿ˜… I know a lot of you might be turned off with all the posts talking about the working class but I believe this community will still be valuable to all introverts. I know I invited most of you and I would appreciate that y'all stay but should you want to leave, I can fully respect that. My friend @William Renner is also running a Skool Community for introverts so maybe check it out here

(I got that number from 1/3 of people being introverts and 300m+ in the USA. So I think 50m is a fair guess. Certainly there must be 100 million globally who fit that description, and probably way more.)

@T Nkosi Makes total sense. That's why I do it.

We just cracked 2-digits in this community! It's not much but SMALL wins are STILL wins!๐Ÿ† I appreciate every single one of y'all for setting this intention in your lives by joining such a cause. I know things look like they have been moving slowly in here but, in the backend, things are cooking.๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿณ

I secretly built a lil something for you guysโ€ฆ
I've been on a 2 week hiatus and kinda neglected you guys which I feel shit for as you guys are literally the founding members to a community that will eventually become one of the most valuable for introverts. BUT, this hiatus wasn't without purpose. I've been working on building a mini course about introversion. It's very entry-level but also comprehensive for any level of the journey you may be at currently. I need your insights, opinions and suggestions on the course curriculum that I cover in the video below.โฌ‡๏ธ I want to make sure that I create something that people will love and value so I'm looking forward to hearing y'all's feedback!

Our perspective are a bit different I think, so my focus would be less on accepting your introversion and more on stepping out of your comfort zone, but I see you have both. I really do think its quite comprehensive. I'm sure it will be an excellent program. :)
