Day One:
Did one of Caliversity’s old workouts. The 15,12,10,8, and 5 routine. I did this for two sets with push-ups and Australian rows. Tomorrow I’ll do the same with squats and maybe Bulgarian split squats. Overall, felt really good with it and will soon move up to dips and pull ups. Hope you all had as progressive workouts as I did. See ya’ll tomorrow.

Introduction
Hey everyone, I’m Wyatt. I’m currently 16 and looking to advance my fitness for my aspirations in both training and just preparation as a whole. As much as I love to lift weights, I believe that calisthenics will give me a much bigger advantage with strength and stability. I’ve been watching Daemon’s channel for over two years now and I think I have enough base strength to start off. Hopefully we can all get our goals done through this. Can’t wait to see what we all can do as a community.
