I’m hoping the group will post some search ideas or links to meditations in Yogi Bryan’s app or YouTube or the insight Timer to help me with spiraling thoughts with anxiety or what I just decided to call the “rabbit hole of endless bad possibilities”. I tried a couple yesterday with short term help. Maybe naming it will help? 🤷♂️
