{DAILY MEDITATIONS HERE} Final 30-Day Push: Day 86! [Start at Anytime]
We're down to the final 30 days of the 90 day challenge! I'll be posting each day's meditation in the COMMUNITY here instead of being in the classroom. If you’re a bit behind, no worries—just jump in with us. I'll be posting each new meditation around 9 to 10pm Pacific time the day before. Why this approach? I want this group to be a place where we all feel connected, not scattered, and where everyone can stick to a rhythm that feels supportive. Think of it as a fresh start for those who may have stepped away, plus a chance to keep each other accountable as we build something meaningful together. For anyone who prefers a more flexible experience go google meditations on Insight Timer, YouTube, or Spotify. In addition to our daily meditations, I’m planning to introduce shorter challenges from time to time. And for even more variety, I’ll be sharing meditations from other incredible guides, including some of my teacher training grads. It’s a great way to expand our practice and see what resonates for you. Let’s keep this momentum going, dive deep into our practices, and make this an even stronger, more supportive community. {DAILY MEDITATIONS HERE} Final 30-Day Push: Day 86! [Start at Anytime]
I deserve to sleep in on Sundays
So today before the meditation I got up and maybe I don't know 5:00 and it's Sunday here and I couldn't get back to sleep and so I thought. Well let me just go ahead and start my day and went and checked my blood sugar and it was way too high. Last night we had some takeout but it was healthy takeout you know it was from from a place that we've gone before and we're a head takeout from before and they have really good, clean, healthy food. And yeah my blood sugar was just whacked this morning and so I started you know beating myself up for it. I'm like man. I don't understand this stuff. You know I can have a pint of ice cream before I go to bed. My blood sugar is just fine in the morning if you know I don't have anything before bed or ate something healthy before bed. My blood sugar goes out of whack so yeah my body's weird like that. I think we have determined that through my many posts here anyhow. And so I started beating myself up and went downstairs to my man cave because usually Sundays are the days that I get to quote" sleep in. But usually what I do is a bunch of different projects. But this morning I was like well. I'm just going to throw on some woodworking show from PBS and just going to lay on my couch downstairs and then you know in a little while get up and start working on my day and I ended up sleeping until almost 8:00 and I take my body just was like okay. You know I'm going to shut you down for a minute and I got in like a 2-hour nap which was great. So I got up and had a little bit of breakfast planned around with a cat did my brain training and my French lesson and I was like well. I need to go ahead. You know do my meditation for the morning and sure enough it's saying hey Brian is saying hey you deserve to relax. And yeah I do want to get you know a couple things done and and a couple of projects done this morning. You know I want to get some reading done already in a poetry magazine that I subscribed to and I'd like to get to work on a painting for my wife for Christmas and then you know some podcasting stuff done before I get knowing how with my day which is going to be. You know giving the kiddos a shower and doing her about lessons on anxiety and anger management because they get anxiety for anger management from me. So we'll get that done when we get it done. But I think just right now I'm going to stay in this relaxed moment. You know? Hey David, watching PBS relax. Maybe we just stay here and do that for a while and we'll get the other stuff done anyhow. Hope y'all all having a nice relaxing day!

Day 85 4 days, 2xs, my favorites
Happy 🌞day! I’m sitting outside in one of my favorite chairs. I'm enjoying this 36° cool breezy morning. Leaves are slowly dropping. Birds are chatting. Got my cuppa with me. ☕️ We've got 4 days left in our 90-day challenge. How’s everyone feeling about that? I’m excited and ready for what’s next! This morning, I did a double stack. I did Day 85 then switched over to the Sleep with Yogi Bryan app. I repeated an Inner Strength Well Being meditation. I am a lighthouse shining brightly. ☺️ Apparently, I’m also a ray of f*cking sunshine according to my deck. Can you hear my snaughling? 🤣 It's what we call snort laughing. Ok, time to get some shareable info out! Tei-Fu lovelies! This is our go-to to get the ick gone. Bottle one is the oil. We put it in our diffuser. Listen up for experienced diffuser users you know how potent oils can be so you know the dealio. For those who may not work with them when I tell you these are strong heed the flippin’ warning. Bottle two we use on our bodies. It's safe to do so. Now listen this will come for your sinuses, headaches, migraines, muscle aches, etc. It will clear congestion out like nothing I've ever used. My teas I love to drink. They aren't just for ick. They work for other things and just cause they are good. Ok, wait. They Hot Cinnamon Spice my love and oldest daughter like. It’s too sweet for me. The other 3 are aces. They all have great properties to help clean our systems out. Also, Mint, Peppermint, Ginger, and other can help. 🌞 is just making her appearance through the trees! Saturday sunshine
I woke today naturally with a feeling of joy and I am caring it with me throughout my day. I did a silent meditation and was off to yoga. Since the rain decided to hold out a bit I decided to explore a spot I have hiked before. And here is where I let that golden healing light fill me. Needless to say it’s a perfect morning and afternoon. I’m feeling so lucky.
