Client Database, or management

Anyone know any very cheap or free softwares/apps that I can use to manage my client's? Like have all of my prospects with their information, and even current/active clients.

Just a basic way to keep everything organized?

I've tried Notion, don't feel great about it. I know their's CRM's like gohighlevel, but too much going on their. I want to keep it simple, kind of like microsoft access. But I'm on mac so I can't use microsoft access.
