Class Frequency & Sequencing
Hello, I have been enjoying the class replays this week! Gratitude for the awesome classes. I am entirely new to this type of movement and have done very little movement (other than walking, yoga and baby/toddler wrangling for 2 years). What would be your suggestion for frequency in home training and sequencing of the classes? Warmest, Erin

Movement Classes
Hey All, Check out the Calendar for our upcoming classes throughout November. Classes are 60mins and open to all, within this community. You will notice there is a focus for each of the upcoming classes. Monday 11th - Spinal Flow and Arm Swings Monday 18th - Grounded Feet and Bouncy Legs Monday 25th - Hip Mobility and Strength We have a Q+A happening at the end of the month so if you have any questions that build from your interactions in these classes, come along and have a chat with us on the 30th November. Loose Arms Workshop - Slow Mo Filming
We're looking forward to seeing you all at our final Masterclass on the arms tomorrow morning. It says 90minutes but I'd say we will be completed by the hour. Please have your phone handy and ready to film for one of the tasks. We look forward to seeing you!

Countdowns and Q&A
Is anyone else getting sentimental when they realise we're at the 10 day countdown to graduation? Also, I'm excited for Q&A this week because I've accumulated some (relevant) stories and metaphors. ( @Glenn Robson / @Emma Robson - if you were to reveal the topic ahead of time I could order these ideas to be more coherent!! And decrease my anxiety of repeating the "what does functional mean to you?" "Being able perform said function" sess)
