My client has an active client list, an unactive client list and a list of potential clients.
Goal: Use Voice AI to call active and unactive client list.
Risk: Complaints from unactive clients noting spam.
Question: In the USA are companies allowed to use voice AI on their database?
I believe that companies can be sued for cold calling, is this correct?
If a company buys a database, can they cold contact companies?
