Compiled research regarding 2024 and considerations for 2025 link

Before the update I could move my numbers between assistants and test call different assistants. So i would build a bot, attach a number to it and test it and then if i needed to build a different bot and test it with that number i could switch the number and have it be on the new bot. Now in 2.1 when i create a new agent and switch it from an older agent, it wont switch. It seems it is perpetually stuck on the previous agent, even after i have saved it on the new bot and it doesnt show a phone number attached to the old agent. anyone else experiencing this? @Jorden Williams

So it looks like all the minutes we had before are now gone along with sub-account minutes. Am I missing this somewhere?

Alright, 2.1 is being pushed. Along with everything else, here is the demo of the warm transfer and any-file knowledge in the test env - along with the surprise new chat infrastructure which allows for accurate queuing on a 3 second end-to-end response time with all messages captured and stored along the way Pushing in about 30 / 45 mins - Discussed on the call, some stuff is hidden so that I can have guides for set up and migration from Stripe Express to Stripe Oauth etc, but you will receive patches and notes throughout the weekend on this
