Delay for creating self-guided migration popup

So I’ll do this initial push, rather than having you watch a video or sit on a call - I’m just going to have a self-guided migration popup

The only things really that will be effected is rebilling, and the wallet system

So, I’ll do self-guided for minute to wallet balance conversion, Rebilling migration, and walkthrough of new stuff that you should have at the top of mind (things like turning off for campaign / workflow / user input - how to turn it off etc)

So just a slight bit more, I’ll get this over to you - self-guided, I have to do some prod data management, and then off to the races
