Edit: This morning I had my first client telling me my final version test bot is making up information that is untrue, I checked and he was right. I was very frustrated...
So I created this whole post trying to prove I uploaded the knowledge base file correctly and it used to be working and now its broken. Thanks to help of I realised that knowledge base txt files don't work for voice yet, and Jorden already mentioned this. Truth is some other people I chatted with before already told me knowledge base doesn't work for voice , but I completely forgot about it and went on and had my first client test my bot on voice.
This was my mistake, I should have remembered. I am writing it out here for all the other new comers to realise there is a "Assistable Known Issues List" that only experienced users know, and new comers only learn thru mistakes and frustration.
If I am to comment a single word about transparency, this community deserves a "Assistable Known Issues List" for every new comer to reference before posting a long post here as I did this morning.
I hope kb for voice issue gets solved with 2.1.
Original Post:
I have a TXT file with the information of doctors names and education etc. for my client.
I have a clear reference on my prompt to check that file if user asks about the doctor.
That TXT file was uploaded 17 days ago and was tested many times and it was properly calling out info from the TXT file in the knowledge base.
Today when we ask the assistant about doctors it doesn't reference the correct info, and worse it makes up names that are never mentioned anywhere ever.
It's like asking Halie bot about Jorden and instead of giving out the correct info, she begins talking about someone named Michael, that she tottaly made up.

Does anybody else experience such problem?
What do I do to fix it? Remove the TXT file and re upload it and hope it will function again?
If you suggest such action, this will mean even the TXT files in the knowledge base are not reliable.
I am trying to get my first client live and he tells me now its not working properly. This is so frustrating.
I have invested 3 months of time and resources to try to get this up and running and right before my first launch it just breaks, like cheap Chinese toy.
Please tell me what to do
P.S. Please anybody, hold the "it will be better in 2.1" pep talk, let's be honest we are all frustrated when core functions stop working for no reason, we all wanna be part of the AI revolution, but come on, basic core functions fumble, and we are left out waiting for the next glorious update hoping maybe it will work. This is not a healthy way to do business.
