Here’s what I’m enjoying: Choco-Hulk Smoothie!
Ingredients:
• 2 cups fresh spinach leaves
• 1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
• 2 scoops chocolate protein powder
• 4 tablespoons cocoa powder
• 2 cups almond milk (or milk of your choice)
• 1 whole avocado
• 1 whole banana (optional, for added creaminess and natural sweetness)
• 2 tablespoons maple syrup (or honey, for added sweetness)
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• A handful of ice cubes (optional, for a colder smoothie)
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Ingredients:
• Rinse the fresh spinach leaves.
• Peel and slice the banana, if using.
• Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh.
2. Blend:
• Add all ingredients (spinach, Greek yogurt, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, almond milk, avocado, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and optional banana and ice cubes) to the blender.
• Blend until smooth, adding more almond milk if a thinner consistency is desired.
3. Serve:
• Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately.
