Better leaderboard stats & notifications

For better work with active members and their rewards, it would be great if there were some advanced statistics and alerts for admins on the leaderboard. For example, that a member is approaching the next level. So I can write to them through chat and give them a bit of encouragement to finish it. The ability to set up an automatic notification that a member has reached the next level would be great, so I don't have to click through the leaderboard.
