How I do it:
Have a recognition system where your reward members for their engagement.
- I pin a video post weekly/monthly of me recognizing the top members on the leaderboard thanking them for the value they provide in the community.
- I also post this video to social media channels built for my skool community (Instagram , TikTok, YT)
