Developing quality members
I know many people have some type of vetting/onboarding process for their community, which is great and HIGHLY recommended.
Once people are in the community, some people are, in simple terms, awkward. They may have weird posts, engage inconsistently, or join and never do anything.
How do you develop and mentor them?
What strategies are you using to teach people how to be good community members?
