Gating Content

Sorry if this is a super-basic question, but how do you gate content until someone has taken a certain amount of actions? In the paid-for Pod School PRO community that we are building, we are looking to do 1-2-1 consultancy sessions with our members but only AFTER they have completed all 54 training videos.

How is that done?

I know you can do it via Levels but how do you setup the level parameters? For example, if I wanted to make it so that Level 5 is only achieved by doing the whole training, is that possible?
