How do you manage multiple groups & keep engagement up?

How do I manage and truly be engaged with 2 groups? I truly believe in giving away information and helping out so I’m considering starting with a free group and creating a paid group once engagement is up. How do you manage it all? Do you have a schedule that you post on? What’s the secret ?

A little background: Im new to Skool so I’m trying to figure the platform out. For my community I’m focused on building a community of business owners who have questions on how to run their finances and operations. I’m a fractional CFO & real estate investor, helping businesses with their financial strategy and all things money so that they can do things like invest in real estate or other assets to create generational wealth.
