How do I manage and truly be engaged with 2 groups? I truly believe in giving away information and helping out so I’m considering starting with a free group and creating a paid group once engagement is up. How do you manage it all? Do you have a schedule that you post on? What’s the secret ? A little background: Im new to Skool so I’m trying to figure the platform out. For my community I’m focused on building a community of business owners who have questions on how to run their finances and operations. I’m a fractional CFO & real estate investor, helping businesses with their financial strategy and all things money so that they can do things like invest in real estate or other assets to create generational wealth.

What do you do to develop shy members? The ones who join your community, but it feels they never engage or put themselves out there. For many people, joining this platform is intimidating. I'm naturally extroverted and bold, so putting myself out there isn't hard. Are there other ways we can help people get out of their shells in our communities? We can: DM them Tag them Ask them specific questions Create daily/weekly/monthly tasks and/or challenges Always looking for new ideas to help our more introverted community members! p.s. if you're an introvert, I'd love to here your thoughts!

Has anyone noticed a benefit of having the yearly and monthly price point options? Or is it better to stick with just 1 option and make everyone use that?

I would love to know how to invite other members to my community! My community is called Real Estate & Coffee where we have weekly Q&A's with real estate professionals to answer questions.

I'm no expert but I'll just share what has worked for me. A lot of people on free trials have something in the classroom section which unlocks after 7 days. Instead make it unlock after 5/6 days, heres why. If you unlock it after 6 days, they will, 1) Get it at 6 days and begin watching it then, but obviously they wont consume it all in 1 single day, this makes them want to stay past the trial since its only 1 more day and they're consuming it. 2) Train them to wait to unlock something, have something which unlocks after 3 days, 6 days, then 31 days. This helped me increase my trial conversion rate from 6% to over 35% so I would reccomend you trying it, also let me know your thoughts or whats worked for you.
