Currently at 9 new members today - Here's how I'm going about it!
A. Five pieces of content, one per day, each with a call to action for my community.
I’m using different formats since my main funnel is LinkedIn. I've scheduled one carousel, one video, one podcast post, and one text-only post. Finally, I posted an 'About Me' with a picture of me in Hawaii this morning. This should be a weekly post because your content is always being pushed to new people. I’m posting these on LinkedIn, but you can choose your preferred platform.
B. Message everyone who connects with me, inviting them to my community.
This can be done on any platform you're using to grow. The key is to ask, "Hey, I serve this community—do you think this would be useful to you?" If they say yes, send them the post. If it's free, that's even better. Then, funnel them into your paid offers.
C. Document your journey on Skool.
I posted this when I was stuck at 91 members for three days, and it helped push me over the line—all the way to 110 members! People want to help and support, and if you provide genuine value in your community, they’ll stay.
Documenting your journey in the Skool community also helps you level up and connect with other Skool owners.
D. Make your Skool community accessible to those within and outside of Skool.
If you don’t have Skool mentioned somewhere on your about page, I think you’re missing out. It doesn’t matter what your niche is—you want people to join, especially those who are already on Skool.
E. Break down your goal.
