Is there a way to determine what % of users are logging in via mobile vs desktop?
I know better metrics and analytics have been on the roadmap for a while now, but I'm hoping there's a way to see what percentage of users are logging in on mobile so we can adequately cater the community experience.
WHY?
- When trying to "upload" a video, mobile users can't. Unfortunately, the clunky experience of having to take a video, upload it to a third party, grab the link, come back to school, and post it is something almost no one is going to do and doesn't do.
- When trying to VIEW a video (that's been attached as a file) mobile users have to download the whole video file, go to their files (not even photos) locate the file, then view it which... again being that it's 2024, no one is gonna do that.
So we're trying to figure out how to give users a better mobile experience versus forcing them through hoops to do some basic functionality that they're already used to everywhere else on the internet.
