1. Meeting Information Auto-Sync:
We need the ability to automatically pull meeting details (date, time, and duration) from platforms like Zoom or Google Meet into our event scheduler as soon as we insert the meeting link. Currently, we have to manually input this information twice—once in Zoom/Google Meet, and again in Skool’s event scheduler. This is inefficient and time-consuming. Even if I share the event link on other platforms like WhatsApp, recipients can immediately see the meeting details (date, time, etc.). This feature is essential and expected soon.
2. Post Embedding:
I view my Skool community as a giant testimonial folder, but currently, I'm limited to taking screenshots of member posts to showcase outside of Skool. It would save a lot of time and effort if we could embed posts directly on external websites. This would function like how the Threads app handles post embedding, allowing easy sharing. It also adds credibility, as people could click on the embedded post and be taken directly into the community. This would make Skool far more attractive for external marketing.
3. Course-Specific Categories:
Right now, we can only create discussion categories that apply to all members or just admins/mods. But for courses, this limitation is inefficient. Every course should have its own category for assignments, discussions, and homework, segmented specifically for participants of that course. While members who haven’t purchased the course should still be able to view the discussions (so they can see what they’re missing), the category should be primarily for those enrolled. We already have the ability to set events for specific course participants; this should be extended to categories.
