Intro - Tierra Design - How we started (Yearly Recap)
Hello everyone I am the owner of Tierra Design, which is an outdoor living and landscaping company located in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. We (me and my husband) opened our business in May 1st of 2021. My husband has been in landscaping for year so he does all the installs while I run all the aspects of the business that is not seen. We live in a city that's population is around 300,000. This is what we have currently done to grow our business by year from machinery, gross revenue, systems, etc. We normally have at minimum 2-3 people working on every job, that would be my husband plus 1-or 2 other individuals.

In all, I do not know how to run Facebook ads, I am not sure how to market. I can make a decent reel here and there when I have time to be imaginative. I am hoping to get our marketing into a better space so that we do not have a slow months which I have encountered every year in Aug- Sept. I am wanting to move away from the small jobs, like $500, and would like to be able to get jobs with a minimum of 5-10k instead. I want to bulk up my website and my Instagram/Facebook pages so that clients can research to find out more about our company.
I think for the last two years marketing has been my goal, but I believe that it will probably always be a goal as to keep the company in a continual growing space. Even though this has been my goal I am not wholeheartedly sure how to do this.
Hope to get to know more of you also. I am expectant for year 5! I hope some of my information helps others.
