What habits are you doing daily that are sending you in the wrong direction?
For the most part, we move through our days on automatic pilot, doing the same things over and over and not even realising the habits we have created.
Start to become aware of actions you're taking that aren't serving you and you will soon see the deeply embedded daily habits.
Now you have awareness of when you're doing these things. Decide to do something different or opposite (for one day) and notice how it feels in your body. Was it a step towards the 'you' that you want to become? Repeat it the next day.
