What habits are you doing daily that are sending you in the wrong direction?
  • For the most part, we move through our days on automatic pilot, doing the same things over and over and not even realising the habits we have created.
  • Start to become aware of actions you're taking that aren't serving you and you will soon see the deeply embedded daily habits.
  • Now you have awareness of when you're doing these things. Decide to do something different or opposite (for one day) and notice how it feels in your body. Was it a step towards the 'you' that you want to become? Repeat it the next day.
