Strength Goal
One goal I have for myself is to build my overall strength back up this planting off-season. I did a better job of minimizing my muscle loss than in my previous seasons, but it's nearly impossible to fully maintain one's strength over several months of planting. It's time to build it back up!
In terms of specific numbers, by the New Year, I want to be able to
-squat 155lbs for 10 reps
-do 8 chinups
-do 35 push ups
-bench press 105lbs for 10 reps
These numbers are based on what I was hitting before the tree planting season started. Then the New Year will be about pushing last year's best numbers even further.
