Leg press= 4 sets 10-15 reps Hamstring curls= 3 sets till failure Quad extension= 4 sets 8-12 (Heavy) Lunges= 4 sets 20-25 reps RDL= 3 sets 8-10 reps ( Heavy) Calve raises 4 sets 10-15 reps Remember to always stretch before and after!🔥

Good grocery haul 🔥
Recipe: Protein French Toast
Was a quiet slow day today so decided to make some good ol' french toast but make it protein! I may or may not have forgotten my recipe and some ingredients, so I eyeballed it and made it work. Also decided to share, if anyone was keen on trying it for themselves! 💫💫💫 - Homemade sour dough bread - 3-4 eggs - Cinnamon + pumpkin pie spices - Tad bit of cream - Maple syrup - 1 scoop of protein powder (9/10 taste, 1/10 presentation 😎)

Looks like a great recipe! When i bake i also eyeball the ingredients 😆. Also like the pumpkin spice touch to adhere to the season 🍂
