Calories
Greetings all,
There was a question or comment today about calories that I didn’t address. I have my tracker and Cronometer set to losing fat; I only use the indicated calories as an awareness item “upper limit” for my eating to satiation. I’m usually done eating 500 to 1000 calories below the fat loss calorie number, but if I ever approach (2-300 cal) this # and still have hunger, that’s when I ask the “SARDINE” question. The perfect 200 calorie hunger test. If I don’t want the fishy can then I just tell my body to go eat some of my stored fat.
Great job everyone with the amazingly high ketone numbers and all the blood sugar reduction.
