📍Where is everyone from?📍
Hello Facilitators👋 I'm really curious about where everyone is from. I'd love to make this a mega post where we can see how diverse the Facilitator Club community is. Who knows, you might find a lot more people in your area than you thought! Once I have lots of answers on this post, I want to make a nice graph!

I just moved here!
Hey fellow facilitators! I'm new to the FC, I just moved here from the AJ&Smart YouTube channel. ;) I am a US based (Charleston, South Carolina to be specific) program/project manager, creative problem solver and work-shopper. I love facilitating workshops because it gives me the opportunity to be in person with various team types and industries, getting to know them and helping them solve challenges in creative ways. One of my strengths is in my ability to read a room of people and adapt to the personalities and dynamics before and in real time to provide an environment and experience completed tailored to the participants/clients. I'm eager to learn additional workshop exercises, how to better prep for workshops through other workshopper's lessons learned and experience, and how to land more clients! In my personal life, I'm a barre teacher and teacher trainer, a voracious reader, avid traveler, and personal style enthusiast. Oh, and I love spenidng time with my 2 cats, Gucci and Fendi 😻 What's the best thing you've learned from the facilitator club?!

👋 from the U.S. east coast
Hello, fellow workshoppers. I'm Skipper, and I bring over a decade of experience as a workshop facilitator, primarily in consulting engagements with a focus on service and product design. A few years back, I completed the AJ&Smart Design Sprint training, which was invaluable. Recently, I launched my own business, How This Works co. And since 2021, I've also run a podcast called the How This Works show. I'm currently based in Raleigh, NC, though I’ll be relocating soon. Excited to connect, learn from everyone, and digging in.

Hi from Atlanta!
Hi everyone! I'm an educational professional who straddles the private and public industries. I am an adjunct Instructor at Georgia State University, teaching business communication and professional development to business students. Up until last month, I was the on-staff Education Manager for a boutique social media marketing agency. I also work in a learning and development role at an administrative support company. I've been educating since 2011 and consider myself an all-around educator. I would love to do facilitation work as well. The more I learn about facilitation, the more I realize that I'm already headed in this direction with my approach to teaching/educating. I look forward to expanding my skills, learning more about facilitation, and networking with everyone! 😁

Greetings from SoCal! 🌊🏖️
Hey everyone! 👋 I have been part of this channel for the past year-ish, but finally mustered up the courage to say hello. I also finally finished the Design Sprint Masterclass and got my certification, so I'm super stoked to be here! I fell in love with facilitation & running design sprints back when I was at Blizzard, when I ran an early version of the Design Sprint early on in my tenure there. It was a blast and I had so much fun doing design in an intuitive and innovative process. To me, running these types of design sprints truly feel like having foresight by peering into the future through rapid prototypes & usability tests; the thrill from receiving fresh insights from design sprints is quite gratifying! Since then, my career journey has definitely been through plenty of ups and downs, especially with the state of the market/economy; I am super thankful that these times have given me a greater appreciation for the Design Sprint and likeminded folks who love innovating together. I'm looking forward to connecting & chatting with other facilitators to brainstorm, exchange ideas, and more~ Feel free to reach out and say hello! Cheers, +Michael LinkedIn.com/in/mkkwon
