Most facilitators looking for clients on LinkedIn (or X etc) make one big mistake: They donโ€™t show how theyโ€™ll help clients SAVE or MAKE MONEY. Clients don't buy workshops, they don't buy LDJ, they don't buy better communication. They only want to save or make money (or time which is money). Change this one thing on LinkedIn (and your website), and theyโ€™ll be reaching out to you. Hereโ€™s what to do: ๐Ÿ”ฅ Update Your LinkedIn Headline & Banner โ†’ Show tangible value you deliver: savings, results, growth, timeframe Examples for valuable LinkedIn Headline ideas: HR Facilitator: โ€œHelping Companies Reduce Employee Turnover by 30% with efficient workshopsโ€ Product Development Facilitator: โ€œBoosting Product Success Rates by 25% with PMF Alignment Workshopsโ€ Sales Facilitator: โ€œHelping Teams Increase Sales Efficiency by 20% in 3 Months with efficient Customer Experience Workshopsโ€ Next: Start posting real results from your workshops! ๐Ÿšซ Don't use buzzwords or jargon like โ€œLDJโ€ or โ€œDesign Sprint.โ€ They DO NOT use these terms, they don't understand these terms! Clients want to see impact, not our tools. Wish you a lot of inbound requests (inbound is when they ask you to help them. Gigs Platform for Online Facilitation
Hey Folks ๐Ÿ™‹โ€โ™‚๏ธ I was thinking of an idea - what if people share the open gigs / opportunities for facilitation engagement via online medium through a dedicated platform. The facilitation can include: โœ… Webinars โœ… Masterclasses โœ… Workshops โœ… Team Building Sessions etc.. The whole idea is to help the facilitators from group to leverage each otherโ€™s strengths, explore collaborations & share references to fill in the gaps of requirements from clients. It could be on paid engagement (revenue share) or pro-bono depending on type of requirement. Iโ€™m curious to if any such gig platform exists specifically for facilitators ? If not what could be the next steps to get started for this community of talented people.. Happy to hear thoughts from the group if this resonates well & feasible enough to execute ๐Ÿ˜Š PS: Iโ€™m looking for some ways how I can get to facilitate some of opportunities for global audience..
