Thought I'd share this with you. It's a super low prep meal that tastes awesome and is LOADED with protein 💪
All you do is cook up 500 grams (1lb) of beef mince with taco seasoning.
Then add a sprinkle of cheese, salsa & sour cream.
Mix it up.

100 grams protein.
127 grams fat.
<10 grams carbs.
1471 Calories.
