The Progress Tracker is Legit a Game Changer 🔥
I've been training for over 10 years. And not once have I ever tracked a SINGLE workout. I always saw decent results so I never really saw the point. But men let me tell you, there's something different about actually tracking your workouts... Here's some benefits I've noticed so far: 1. Accountability - I know those empty squares need filling in, and I know if they don't get filled in by the end of the day that was completely on me. 2. Ease of Mental Load - Instead of having to make up a new workout routine every session, I can just switch my brain off, pump my tunes and go through the sets & reps just like it says. 3. Progress - It actually Gs me up that I'm logging my weight and that I'll get the chance to watch my strength increase as the weeks go on. I'm curious how you've gone using it, what benefits have you noticed? I'm gonna log my first progress pic in the progress section tomorrow after leg day as well.
