Stay Relentless!
Galatians 6:9 - "Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up."
Although this verse is referring to our good deeds and staying persistent in our faith, we can apply the same principle here to our fitness!
With every workout, every healthy meal, every day we don't miss our mark for our nutrition goals and activity goals, we make another step towards our ultimate goal of a leaner, stronger, healthier body.
But the day-by-day progress isn't so obvious, although it is there. Comparing Day 1 to Day 3, you won't see much, but Day 1 to Day 90, or even Day 120, I'm sure you get where I'm going with this.
So don't get impatient! Stay relentless with your journey and keep going! Enjoy the process along the way and it won't even feel like you're working for it
