I'm aiming for 4 workouts, stay under 2,000 calories each day and to hit at least 140g protein per day
When should I workout?
I've been more consistent with my workouts lately, but I'm wondering I can step up my progress depending on when I workout, as in morning or afternoon and before or after eating?

Wow, thanks a bunch! I think I'll stick to working out after work then. My lunches I wouldn't say are "light" but I have them like 3 hours before I workout anyway so i still feel fully energized for my workout. Thank you!
Tips to improve bench?
Anyone have any tips for upping my max on bench press? Right now I'm around 165 but want to hit 185 soon and eventually 225
