Sweet Tooth Protein Hack?
I don’t know about you guys, but I have a KILLER sweet tooth. What I’ve learned in my fitness journey is that I don’t have to neglect my cravings in order to stay fit. I wanna share my favorite meal prepped idea when I’m really craving sweets. Best part about it, the macros are 🔥🔥🔥! Check out these Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Overnight Oats. Absolutely delicious! https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZTNKYtpn6/

Will check this out thanks for sharing! Chocolate is an old nemesis of mine. Just keep the dark chocolate (bars, brownies, desserts) coming, and no one gets hurt. Jk 😂😂
Relationship with God
One thing that I think gets overlooked when it comes to personal health and fitness is how directly it affects your mental and emotional health, but especially spiritually. As a Christian, my relationship with God has always been important in my life. Being the best version of myself has led to a better self image and has helped open myself more to Faith than ever before. I feel closer to God every day. What have been some of your experiences with Faith throughout your fitness journey?

I 100% second all of this! I would also say that fitness helps a lot with clarity. It helps to relax my mind so that I’m not so consumed with anxiety. It would seem to be the opposite, but it actually helps to reinforce “Be still, and know that I am God” (Psalm 46:10).
Side benefit of working out
To share something that I’ve noticed since beginning my fitness program with Matt… One of the greatest benefits of working out that often goes un-discussed is the sharp improvement of mental health and stress relief. Without going into the details, I’m a person that has always struggled with anxiety and mental health. Obviously, we have the Scriptures and Christ Himself as our ultimate comfort, not the mention the Comforter Who indwells all who are born again. But Christ also would have us to stay active and in this case, get plenty of exercise. Doing so for me has proven to be a major “vent” for anxiety and a great booster for mental health. Going for a walk in the open sunshine does wonders. Spending time at the gym lifting does wonders. And for that, I’m very grateful. Praise the Lord from Whom all blessings flow!

What’s your morning routine?
My mornings usually consist of having some coffee, getting ready and heading to the gym before starting my day. Comment how you start your mornings, I’m curious to hear what you all do🔥
