I'm Kellie! I own True Relief in Spanish Fork. I've kept it a small, word of mouth business while growing my family and am in the process of organizing it for fun expansion.
I do massage, energy work, trauma releasing and coaching. I focus mostly on women but have some great male clients too. I believe the mind and body are meant for greatness and have amazing abilities to heal and be strong.
I love my family, being in the mountains, Alaska, women's retreats, everything health related and deep conversations- especially if chocolate or ice cream is involved :)
