3 Quotes 1. James Clear “Do the most important thing first each day.” 2. Mike Matthew’s “Do the most important things, mostly right, most of the time.” 3. Peter Drucker “There is surely nothing quite so useless as doing with great efficiency what should not be done at all.” 2 Stories 1. Two brothers grew up farming together. When their dad passed, they each wanted to feel like they were providing for their own family. They split the farm down the middle trying to make it as equal as possible. The older brother would get up in the morning, feed the animals, water the field, and pull weeds. The younger would research the best methods to produce high yields, negotiate with buyers for better prices, and shop for new equipment, then get out around noon and often found himself running out of daylight before he got all his work done. After years of struggling and getting less and less done, the younger brother ask his elder what he could do to save his farm. The older brother’s response. “Wake up, feed the animals, and water your crops. There is nothing more important on the farm, so there is nothing that should be done before that.” 2. A man was teaching us children with two empty jars one day. He also has a bag of Sand, a cup of pebbles, and several large rocks. He poured the sand into one of the jars and challenged his children to put the large rocks inside. Not all would fit. He then out the large rocks in the other jar, poured the pebbles in with them and finally added the sand from the other jar as well. Astonished that everything fit in one jar the children asked how he had done it. He explained that as with life, if you prioritize the largest and most important parts you will still have space for other things. 1 Challenge Share what the most important uses of your time and energy are this week.

Your last goal question has been strong on my mind! And now this one will be too. I've been wanting to work with women dealing with deep trauma even more and have struggled knowing how to market it and fill my schedule with that specific clientele. A really cool chain of events happened where I'll soon be renting from a betrayal trauma focused group in Spanish Fork. I can't wait to work more with my niche and set clearer goals! It's on my list for this week to get a clear view of what my goals are for the next year
Hello G.O.A.T.’s!
I am Josh Westover. I own Warrior Movers. A residential and commercial moving company. We are based in Spanish Fork, Utah. We do moves all across the lower 48 states. To and from Utah. I am excited to learn and grow from each of you. My interests include live sporting events, spiritual and religious growth. I am a staff member of Warrior Heart Ministries. We take men into the mountains, disconnect them from the world, and help them reconnect to God and Christ. I am Unashamed and Unafraid of having the hard conversations about addictions, about life, and the directions we’ve been and where we are going in the future. https://open.spotify.com/episode/2iutDGLeWcacNNTwpa5RDF?si=fr9lmqHZREuuDAvtYgVJyQ

I love this! I'm a part of multiple women's groups and have always wanted to know about more men's groups to refer clients or their husbands to. Keep doing great work!

Hi Jon! I'm also interested in what your other businesses are. Love everything you shared!
Intro Post
I'm Kellie! I own True Relief in Spanish Fork. I've kept it a small, word of mouth business while growing my family and am in the process of organizing it for fun expansion. I do massage, energy work, trauma releasing and coaching. I focus mostly on women but have some great male clients too. I believe the mind and body are meant for greatness and have amazing abilities to heal and be strong. I love my family, being in the mountains, Alaska, women's retreats, everything health related and deep conversations- especially if chocolate or ice cream is involved :)
