After I entered my 40’s, both my age and my weight became an issue.
Weight has a lot to do with the back pain. Add on wrong way of sleeping and it becomes a recipe for endless back pain. Finding ways to control weight loss and better sleeping techniques does help in find a better and restful sleep. Exercising regularly and maintaining a healthy diet goes a long way in assisting with back pain.
