Capital raising
Hello fellow Investors,
We have a fantastic real estate deal we are raising 65K for 12 months term 15% interest. The houses on one lot for price of one. The spread is $625K expected profit $400K. We are profit oriented contractors therefore we know the progress where to save and how to make it budget friendly beside looking exceptional. Either if anyone has the capital looking into joining as JV or Private lending then We like to hear from you. Let us know if you are interested and have the capital!
